Its been there everytime there is exp increase event, has been here for nearly a month (with last even too)

Lol your 95+ and just noticed that.

has been saying that for a while:

"Experience point increase event has ended"
then shortly afterwards
"Experience point increase event has begun"

He said that after I posted what I did. Regardless, it's not going to stop me from trying to help him out some. I didn't jump at you. I answered your question. With some sarcasm there. Don't take the sarcasm too seriously though.
