Party Crashes

Ever since the first inspection after Legend 4, crashing is happening so damn much in partys, we just had to cut our party short 2 hours because nobody could stay connected. We will be fighting, the warrior comes with a lure then boom, 4-5 out of the 8 of us crash for no reason. A guildmate usually stays connected overnight because he doesnt currently have premium and stalls all night, no crash, no dc. Then when it comes time to party boom he crashes after 5mins. Is it just us getting this or is it a common problem :banghead:. Now i have to go solo my ticket, real fun as a wizard

Where did you hear this at? Cause you can't really be certain that they are disconnecting people on purpose to boost sales if you don't actually work for them

Solution:

open game settings

Graphic Quality: Large Scale Battle
Background Draw Distance: 1
Character Draw Distance: 1

[Setting Tab]
Indicate Name Settings: UNCHECK ALL BOXES
Game Settings:
Party Buff Status OFF <- VERY IMPORTANT!
High Res Intro OFF

ur welcome.

I've played it on Large Scale Battle mode, but havent done those other things you have stated, it still crashed with LSB mode, but will see if this makes a difference in tommorows PT, thank you for your input, this party crashing shit nearly wipes us out 1/2 the time.

Did you disable the Quick Party Buff thing in options after the new install?

Is the quick party buff thing and party buff status the same thing? If not, i don't seem to see any quick party buff option and if their the same, what does it do? Take off all the buff icons for members in your party?

I'm curious cause i've been crashing a bit too

lol wut?

disabling party buff status simply stops it from displaying 6 buff icons under each character in the party list and seems to greatly reduce lag.

Back when euro first came out, I used to have an issue with dc'ing in parties, but my issue was a memory issue. Which was fixed when I added a stick o ram.
