sro skin changer

I've seen in screenshots that some people of change their sro user interface. As in the hp bar and mp bar have a shine to it, also the skill bar looks a little bit different. I guess what im asking is, what program can i use to change sro's user interface skin. Is it even legal to ask?

It's called pk2 editting. It just making the interface and your character look different. For instance, a lot of people @ 80 cap pk2'd final tier 8D to look like 9D. And yea its "legal" to ask about it+1. Eternal next time search or go look at the guides and tutorial section.

that edit is a relativly tough edit for beginner pk2 editors however should be done, if you need help just give me a pm or post in there.
ps. dont pm me or post telling me to make one for you, i got so fed up of requests i refused to do it thats why theres a guide to do it youself
