I have heard ppl saying that it is possible to get your account unbanned if it was banned due to charge back.

The instructions i got in short is as follows:
Pay JM the money back, call Paypal and get them to send JM an Email. Saying that the issue has been resolved.
Then call JM at its Korean office and ask them to unban ur account.

So...
I've contacted Paypal and they are willing to help me fix the issue.
Now the problem is how do I pay JM back?
I have tried paying monies thru pay@silkroadonline.net, paypro@silkroadonline.net, pay2@silkroadonline.net
All does not accept direct payment. Payment is only accepted thru their official website by mode of Silk Purchasing.
So for those who has done this.
Where did you resend the monies to?
Just some extra information. My case was closed and i got the money back.

You need to get the original transaction reversed, by contacting paypal and having them do that.. then paypal people need to email JM and explain that it's all sorted out.
You cannot just pay them the money you owe with a different payment.

A few ppl that i have contacted has told me to repay JM, however they didn't tell me if thats thru reversing the chargeback or by sending them monies again.
Paypal has told me that it is impossible to reverse a closed case.
However atleast 2 ppl that i have talked to told me that they had get their charged back account unbanned.
And just like me, their reversal was closed and it was not reversable.
Thats y i need some1 to clarify whether they resend the monies or get the NON-REVERSABLE case reversed.
If they were able to reopen the closed case with paypal.
Please let me know how.

You can't repay them,you can only proves that you didn't charged back.

yeah, if you charged back, it's kind of too late. there's no such thing as an accidental charge back either... you did it on purpose or for some other reason just to get your money back, and now you're in this situation.. I'm sorry but I just can't believe all the people that go through this... It's so simple to avoid..

you need to reverse the original transaction.

that's the only option.
