On troy server there is a GM online, fake real? i dunno. ppl started globaling about it because thier bots got DCed when logging/porting into jangan.

Wrong, his name would appear Pink just as it would in a global. They used to make fake GM names a long time ago. Probably just a name that never got banned.

BTW all the fake GMs iv seen are like GM_Name not [GM]Name

They used to do it like this but I think it was patched or something. It's probably broken because of the update.

Man that suxs, but why would they walk around as [GM] with low level gear, its stupid.....

Well lets say if it was a normal person, he would have to create a new character, meaning he would walk around with low level gear.
But if he would be a real gm... god knows what gear he would walk around with,
