in the skill description, it says a comrade must attack you to cure you.

But the last time i was in a party and some of them were stoned, I could target them, but I couldn't attack them, when i press the 'Alt' key and mouse over them during the status, the cursor doesn't change, but it does when i mouse over someone not in a party, but it still doesn't work if a non-party member is stoned and i try to attack them.

So, does anyone know how to cure someone who's been stoned?

If he or she have smoked to much, it aint gonna be easy. Just let em sleep.

does attacking someone petrified make you an offender?
because as a party member, petrify should make the "cannot attack party member" void
for as long as he/she is petrified.

I guess JM might wana take a look at this

here's the skill description:

Petrify is the state where you are stoned solidly as if you have become one with earth. Under petrify state you cannot do anything, and you will slowly lose life power, resulting in death. In order to get out of petrify state, a comrade must attack you to relieve the body from getting stoned.

i think that cleric heals and such are technically considered "attacks."

And the results are in!
I did a sprint assult then shield thrash on a non-party member.. went pink, got petrify myself and everyone in the room died xD.
So yeah..

How about wearing capes before starting the raid? It might work. But then, you'd risk hitting everyone outside your party with AoE skills.

its easy just die you dont lose exp from it and have alot of clerics to ress people

Yeah just died or be lucky that the cleric in your party keeps you alive.

I'm curious if we will ever have a skill that will cast petrify, could come along with the Islamic race. So petrify does not last a certain amount of time? And can she only cast it on you if you are in very close range, or this it extend far?

so pills can't cure it?

It lasts for 1 minute, in that time you can't move.. pot.. anything. only cry for help ^^
it's like.. 2x the range of bards booming wave I think, the floor around her goes a white color and you have a few seconds to walk out of range before it gets you.. but as we all know some attacks take long to execute and sometimes when you try to stop attacking you just do a common attack because of lag or w/e.

and no, pills can't cure it.. it's level 111 I believe lol

Hmmm, can't wait till I am high enough lvl to get petrefied ^_^

yea it basically just covers your body in stone and you cant do anything...also you cant pill it off because its lvl 11 or w/e
