so how can i contact JM other then to use there "customer" support... which i wont get a reply to...

something like pay7@joymax.com
or pay(insert number here)@joymax.com can't remember well
just try number from 1-10

then press 2 for english.

The dont work weekends and they work 9-5pm Korean Time

I recently was blocked for chargeback cuz paypal messed my acct and i contacted them and got unbanned in 5 days(would have been 3 but the weekend :p)

Very helpful and i was surprised @ the customer service

o really?

so if i gave them a list of bots and ask them to join JM or walk around with a GM to show them the problem, then tell them that WoW is doing much better then silkroad because there are people playing the game rather then botting.

they will ban all the bots and we will all be happy?

Did it really worked?

This may shed some light for me...
I tried contacting Paypal yesterday trying to get my account unbanned.
But they said it is impossible to reverse a closed case.
However they said i could send JM the payment again and they will then help send an email to JM saying that that specific payment is to resolve the previous case.
Problem is... Monies can't be sent to pay@silkroadonline.net due to the fact that all monies can only be received by JM thru JM's official site. Which is thru purchasing silks.

Was ur case closed when you call JM Korean Office?
What exactly do i have to do to get my charged back account unbanned?
