Yesterday my premium and bunny time ran out, so I logged onto my ClickandBuy account this morning to buy some silk, and was greeted with this message:

Account status: Unverified
Your account has been temporarily blocked by ClickandBuy. To unblock your account please contact the ClickandBuy customer service team at service@uk.clickandbuy.com or call us at 0207 153 9160.

Ive been using ClickandBuy to buy silk for 2 or 3 months now and never had my account blocked. It says I need to Verify my account, but for that I need my bank details or credit card number which I dont have ^^ Problem is I still have £10 in the account which I cant spend because its blocked. Anyone else have this problem, and/or know a solution? I doubt it because I dont think many people use ClickandBuy, but its worth a try. Ive tried e-mailing them, still waiting for a reply.

I had this problem, i had to fax them my information and give my mums credit card details to them.

It takes them so long to get the account back up and running. The worse thing about it is you can only use one click and buy account on your silkroad account.

Mine was blocked because I lied over my bday (had to be 18+ which I wasn't at the time). Now I'm 18 I just send in my ID and boom...Got unblocked within the day =] (mailed them the ID).

If you didn't have a bankaccount or CC, how did you get silk on it then? O_o

You can buy Click and Buy from certain shops. Thats what I did.

ClickandBuy suxs so much... i signed up for them.. i faxed, called, e-mailed them for my account activation and varification for my visa.

It has been 6 weeks now.....



It's much easier just to go to a store and buy a GameCard... or go to playspan.com much less hassle.

Unless the dollar goes over the 1.43 (around that) again it's cheaper for European people paying with Euro's ofcourse. That's why I use it for one of my accounts. (yes just one cuz it gets attached to one account blabla, sucks)

I tried registering, and got an error message "Cannot Proccess Registration, Please contact customer service"...

Then i was able to register, this process took about 3 days, and they will to 95% e-mail you back the next day!

If something is not clear about what i wrote above, just ask, i will try to clear it up.

I used to use Click & Buy but stop after.
Experience the same thing, asking me to call them.
ffs im from M'sia. The call charges are already more than what i paid for the silks.
Also u need to wait for their automated answering asking u to press 1 2 3.
And, i don't speak their language... I think it was german or something... can't recall.
I use Paypal since. Hassle free.

Happend 2 me once I owed em like £1.00
and they blocked my account lolz

I moved 2 paypal 10x better

In the US u can go and buy an "Ultimate Game Card" which is powered by PayByCash its way easier then all this shit. And ofc the easiest is paypal ^^

I got my ClickAndBuy account blocked, and never got it back. The phonenumber they give is out of order, and they never reply to my emails. :/

but actually its bugging,did all the surveys i could,after 21h i still dont have my points

(you make surveys for points),50 silk= 500 points

some easy surveys give 200 points +

Paypal FTW, just ignore all other payment methods, all u will need is paypal.

If you spent the time it took you to do those surveys at work you would have more money and be able to buy more silk through paypal.

Bro... im 15 >.>

dont have a credit card and these surveys take less then 5 mins to do with a glitch

but they reinforced their survey system,i was supposed to get 300 silk yesterday to buy my prem with the glitch but it doesnt work anymore,i have exams this week,so ill have to wait until next week =/

I still got about $40 locked up on my ClickandBuy account. Need a CC or Bank Details to unlock it
