Nice edit indeed. Love the song I didn`t knew that this kind of editting is aviable just in Sony Vegas.. I alway thought he used After Effects, besides Vegas.. O.o

This is not a vid with just the song as a soundtrack...The vid is about the song (somewhat) so it's not 'just' a song with LP

lol... actually, vegas can do a lot more than you think... you just have to learn the blurs, transitions, and other custom effects, and i can guarentee, he layered this video like hell, and took a while to compress this... look at all the effects...

well, i could maybe do 40% of the effects he used in this, like masking, the line blurs, and transitions. =]

He's too pro for me though... i love his work... watched this on youtube last night lol

Very nicely done video...Goes well with what most of us are experiencing playing this game...Sometimes I question the effort vs the reward of playing SRO and wonder if it is worth it...all that time spent...all the effort...all the money used on silk...Like the song sez "in the it doesn't really matter"...Does it really matter?? I sometime asks myself...Does having the memory of playing SRO worth all the effort?...For me, it either is worth the effort or I am addicted...and latter seems to be the case..

Yeah, same thing I thought lol. Thing is, all the PERFECT key framing you have to do to the beat of the song and what not. And even though there's a selection of effects, only a couple will go with a song. So there's variety, and you have to use your knowledge to choose which ones. It's not as easy as anyone thinks hehe.

Yeah, but the story he is portraying is a completely different story from what "most of us are experiencing playing this game", you know that right? xD

Well, yeah the song can relate very much to what we are experiencing in the game.
You can spend all this money, earn all this reputation good or notorious, yet in the end... Does it really even matter? One day, you have everything you ever wanted on the game, you're already capped, you're full farmed, you have your dream +5 SOSUN set, you're in a good running guild and union, your union owns the fortresses, and you're thinking--- "Man, nothing can go wrong!" And one day, it hits you. Your account is suddenly banned, after all that effort, hard work, time you sacrificed from other things you could have done to make your life better. What did you really accomplish in the end? It really was just self-satisfaction, maybe you met some of the best people on earth and was running high in a community. But in reality, the game never got you anywhere in life, maybe an extra add-on to your credit card bills and what not, or will put you into a state of hopelessness thinking you lost everything because YOUR ADDICTION was the one running your character, not you...

So... Does it really matter in the end? =]
