I'm not sure but the prices from that mmosite contest or something (which was sox too) weren't tradable IIRC, so maybe these aren't as well =p

They will get it when the time cames, for now you should worry about 10d cap and new event.

Imo - SoS 10d = Fail, 98 +7 will be the best thing out. Besides sosun of course.

you can get SOX (SOS i think) weapons (and other items) from one of the named rooms in B2 of the tomb.
Also, Joymax haven't even given out the Devil Spirit S gears yet...
