Ok, anyone remember Phoenix journals? Doesn't matter. Here is a highlight of my first day on Venus, the good, the bad, basically a newb day and impression I want to share with all the skeptics thinking dead bot servers are so much more fun.



Yay, I keel movia, yes? This was a great start and I managed to hook up with JiTa, a high level in Odyssey. Good!



Intimidation = I asked for 10k.

Plus, I was low on cashes men =(

I was feeling a little frisky and.. yeah xD "Power" parties seem to be common when bored level 3x+ walk by.



All aboard the fail train! Hah, kidding. But seriously, alot of us decided lets take a break and traced people and.. he started running to the dark wolves, ahh T_T



We were in the water... win boat..

I thought it was clever.



Almost full party, red named monsters.. Ahh, the exp rolled in, ever with an Ice bower legit in the party.

( Cute, right? He thinks he's a wizard ^^ )



Entering that arat mountain place.. I decided to have a heart to heart talk with the union.



The path is narrow, and it's very.. well, It was sweet, never realized it was here before. Oh why does my computer have bad graphics T_T



Now, if there wasn't a chat or backstory to go with this, it makes me seem like a jerk.

Level 20 in about... I dunno, 4 or 5 hours? Extremly fun time xD No idea where this "Venus is for legit nazis" comes from.

Alright, there we go. First day on venus was amazing, fun, so many friendly, weird and powerful people- all legit.

If you want a server with human beings on it..

oh yeah I remember the dumbass ks-ing then begging for reeeeez:D Well as you can see I'm trying out Venus too, leading a legit union on Phoenix is really hard and doesn't pay off too much. So far the community on Venus is extremely friendly, I met Argonaut on Venus only today and he already trusted me to use his lv1 sun harp:D It's hard to abandon your friends on other servers and all the things you've accomplished but hopefully it pays off

How boring. Have to work to get 20 levels? I can join a friend on any other "boring bot-infested" server and get to 20 in like 15 minutes. GG I don't play anymore. I do miss Troy though. And Hera.

I wish these ppl would stop preaching for everyone to join their server.... They seem to be retarded. Players on all servers have been dealing with the bot issues for years now. And even tho they complain they are still dealing with it. Why should they now leave all the stuff they've acquired over the years just to come to Venus..because you guys say so?. Think b4 you start spreading your beliefs..

1) You guys can't control the botting situation. You don't own the game

2) You guys can't guarantee the kind of server experience for everyone you're tryin to recruit. People's perceptions varies.

3) If there was ever a server that was truly bot free that wasn't Venus, I would suspect more than half of you to still remain on Venus like the hypocrites I expect some of you to be.

Cool to know someone is having a good time, and especially getting it easy up to 20, thats a really good bonus. Best of luck to you on Venus

anyways, i don't see anywhere in this thread that says "join venus or gtfo!", do you? all i see is the thread starter sharing HIS OWN experiences so far in venus. and well, he even mentioned that he is going to follow this up with a second journal for us to "...find out if it gets better or worse." post your own experiences on your own server as well, that is why SRF is here. ^^

oh well, if that's the way you feel about venus, then so be it though.

Great to see a low level having fun, Venus would be nice for me if I could live with some dickheads over there, but apparently I cant.
I dont see anything wrong with giving up everything you had on an old server if you would have more fun being on a different server with nothing. Of course, some people mostly just care about having alot of items.
