proof: you can buy it on csro or ksro.... but c/ksro is not isro...

example: u can buy all tiers at the npc on c/ksro (76,80,85 weapons) cant do that on isro.

so there is still a chance that u can buy 10D gear at the npc on isro.

you can at lower lvls but not higher cuz then the economy would be farked cuz thats how most people make money
