If you quit the game, why are you still here?

Seriously. Every time I see someone post, "I hate this game. It sucks so bad. I quit for good a long time ago, and you should quit too!" I just shake my head. It just gets really annoying seeing people talk about how much they hate this game and people who still play it are wasting their time.

(And yes, this is a serious question. Why are you still here?)

I just now decided to quit and I'll come back guaranteed if I stay on these forums.

My life is school and my girlfriend now. So long fellas.

It's not hard to be able to manage your life and play SRO in your free time.

I work a lot and I have a boyfriend, and somehow, I still manage to find time to play SRO albeit not every day.

i spent 4 hours getting up-to-date with my coursework and im not exactly signing my life off here

but true, if your trying to quit, this isnt the place to be.

I quit in like Aug 08 and i'm still on the forums.

When i'm browsing the web i come here for a look to see whats happening with silkroad.

My question to you, whats it got to do with you what other people do?

I'm thinking the same...Just GTFO this forum or atleast stick to the OTL/OG/AC etc, don't come here and post that this game is shit.

The point of the thread is simply asking why do people still come to this forum if they hate/quit the game and constantly make posts about them quitting/hating the game?

Because there's an OTL fool. Half the forum is dedicated to SRO, whereas the other half...

I used to think that too until i quited. I just log in the forums to look at some topics when im bored

How do the "I got sun/+7/+9" that are oh so common pertain to other people?

Everyone knows that this game is always getting new updates. I would probably not see myself in these forums if i would ever quit, but if i every did i would probably drop by to check on any of the new updates.

Then ofcourse i would end my sentence like this:

but i quit silkroad along time ago. xD

It's ok to end with "but i quit"


It's stupid to quit with "but i quit, you should do the same, because this game sucks..."

I understand the people who come here after quiting to see how are the things going and stuff...

But i don't see the point of browsing the forums daily just to flame others....daily...

Just because people quit Silkroad doesn't mean they don't like to talk about it still, share their opinions, give advice, stay in touch with friends on the forum, etc. Sure there are times people get into a little heated discussion but unless it's excessive it seems fine to me.

I dont see anything wrong in coming to the forums and talk sh*t or whatever when you quit the game.

I still like Srf, and Sro, but I don't wanna play in the state it's in, it's stupid and unfair.

It's not the fact that people quit and still post here shouldn't be here. They can still be helpful by making good posts to help other people out. They can use their experience and knowledge of the game to help out noobs or someone else.
It's only a problem when they just complain and complain about their hate for silkroad online. If you hate it so much go start a "silkroad online hate club" or something along those lines. Don''t ruin silkroad online for people who do like playing it.

Quitting the game is one thing, stop posting here is another.
But really... If they didnt know abt SRF, they would quit with no problem at all.
Whats holding them from quiting is really SRF aka the community.
The game is nothing without the community.
If you really want to quit, Quit SRF FIRST.

Does it means that after you quit school you don't stay contact with the friends you made from the school anymore? It's the same here, people quit the game but love the community so they decided to come back to the cosy online place. Nothing wrong with that, rather I don't get how people like you b!tch about every cows and donkeys on earth.
