So does the lvl of the warlock rod change your chances of getting stauses on someone.... because im using a lvl 32 one on my 78 Rogue/Lock and his warlock is lvl 76

I haven't really tested it out, but I'm guessing probability of status effects are based on skill level rather then weapon level

If they were an int based warlock then the sun warlock rod wouldn't be a waste.

Get a 9D for vampire.

For your build, it doesn't make a difference =P
All the debuffs are based off of chance; only skills that have a magic damage component need a higher level warlock rod.

I love your build..I've always wanted to make one...><"

the level of the status effect the chances of success example lvl 4 decay is effective on oppents high as lvl 49 with out the aide of disease, consider the lvl of the status a 4x or something of the sort, the higher level rod will how ever help with your life drain and if you decided to get the bleed/ dull dots but as a rogue you dont' really care about dull, bleed maybe (dull is still nice though even if you don't get extra damage for it with rogue)

still ever last bit hp you can drain maybe enough to keep you tanking your enemy, and its also that much less hp they have
