Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

We have started E-mail service from Dec 23.

As we have informed our users before, in order to provide wide E-mail service,

E-mail Service will be provided to users who have character level 20 or higher from today.

When E-mail service stabilized and established, we are planning to provide this service to all users of Silkroad Online.

We will try our best to improve this E-mail service.

Now it is for everyone with a char above lvl 20, not only for "premium" users (with silk history), as it was before.

this is why they changed the requirements to having a lvl 20 so people couldnt make a bunch of lvl 1's and spam.

In the notice at the sro launcher, it states where you can click if you had a question.
I just tried it, but the site wouldn't load already
