Post SS of globals, whispers, or other interactions with a member of a particular race, nationality, religion, sex, etc. that is meant to defame, degrade, or ridicule them for being a member of that class. Make threads about how much you hate people from X and how they are ruining the game for you. Put racist slogans, images, etc. in your sig/avatar. Screw it up once and you get a warning. Ignore that warning and you will lose the right to post, display signatures, etc. Continue to defy and you will be banned, period.

Mods don't live up to that rule, if they did all these people with screen shots of globals in their sig would of had it removed. But that isn't the case ... so ....
