1) loader adds features that should be in the game anyway (specifically auto pot the wolf, and to allow sro to use a single cpu instead of all 4...)

2) re-connect should be allowed...that way people don't need premium...

My point is where do you draw the line when you start using loaders? First it's the connect then it's the invis hack and so on and so forth.

And the main reasons why using a loader is illegal/frowned upon is because it gives you an unfair advantage over other players.

But AFAIK, didn't they have a "no dc" client before, but had to switch back to the old one because some cheap virus program detected SRO as a virus or something?

No, they probably switched back cuz they want you to buy premium. (login was far easyer with no DC, i remember those times.... than they changed it back lol -.- )

It's funny how some people from this forum complain about exploits and cheats when this forum is used as a resource for exploits and cheats. The moderators dont delete posts that tell everyone about a new exploit or a new way to cheat and I was just wondering why?

If you admit to botting on this forum you will be banned from the forum but if you talk about a cheat or an exploit they discuss it with you. Now if anyone actually gave a sh!t about this game then they would delete any post that has to do with cheating or exploits and ban the one that posted it. That might help clean up the game a little don't you think.

What i'm refering to is the numerous posts about pk2 editing, where you can learn every way imaginable to f!ck up a good game why don't people that use pk2 edits get banned from this forum.

By the way I am 100% legit, I am level 72 and it took me 2 years playing off and on to get there, and I like this game but I just hate seeing all the cheaters in the game that use pk2 edit to see stealth or people that take advantage of exploits like drop trading in town to get thief exp.

Loader contain Zoom Hack and muclticlient.
Zoom hack is not cool when you play Fortress war,bower can target you when normally they can't.
Multiclient ruin the game,cause ppl connect their euro for buff them selves...etc etc..

the wolves dont' need auto pot you just gota manually repair them its not that hard, and they don't even get hurt that much either i could go 2 hours with out having to kit my wolf on my nuker

I use pk2 edit also re-made my dashboard so i could have a little fun. The problem is here is that many people have the potential to make addons or mods or pk2 edits to the game.

WoW has addons or mods that you can have and use them in-game. Also a mod there that allows you to change your dashboard. Why cant we do this in isro? Why cant WE make changes that dont effect others here?

Continue to bitch away but i will continue my pk2 edits, edit my sro_client.exe into no-dc and continue on to make my gameplay enjoyable.

What i do is what i do if Joymax didn't like me doing it i would be banned. I've even seen screenshots of pk2 edits on the kSRO website seems they dont mind at all.

As for loader just a simple tool / addon to enter the game. Sadly it does come with an extra tool to allow it to work with a bot. Other than that i find it pretty simple. But why go though all this when you can pk2 edit some of the things that come with this loader.

Nobody but Joymax controls the rules and regulations of Silkroad. Joymax are responsible for the things that happen, the players and "Silk" buyers have no command to dish out rules. They get the choice to report them. Joymax determines the correct punishment towards its players.

If i wish to have a flashy pink colored skill bar i will bloody well have it unless told by Joymax.

Anyone else want to dictate the rules or act as Joymax?

That being said yes its sad that i see over 500 bots heading right out the door to the ice. How many years have we had this problem, are we still going to whine like kids daily?

We've all seen the result in bot bans, bot blockers, etc by Joymax. We do not need a lecture everyday about how bots and gold bots are cramming server traffic. We all know this and there will NEVER be change. So quit the damn game or STFU and continue playing like we usually do...

I'm with Lowis, if Joymax didn't want all this stuff, they wouldn't allow it. It doesn't take a genius to know that Joymax is making bots or taking a percentage out of their sales. Just for an example, when Joymax makes an update, new bots are out in an hour...that would nearly impossible for coders to fix any compatibility issues that fast. Obviously they have access to the update before it is added or Joymax has already fixed it themselves.
