For Silkroad players, do you guys normally use a luck stone for going from +4 to +5?
Or do you guys go for +5 without luck stone? In the case of Weapon.
This is besides the amount of elixirs you have, I just asking do you guys just go for +5 without luck stone.

I go without

using luck stone from +4 ==> +5 is a waste of 9-10m use it to go +6 or +7

no need for luck stone for + 5
i just + 5'd:
87 earrings
85 blade
85 shield

all without the use of luck stones.

So I can confirm* people in general do not need luck stone from +4 to +5?

yup, they do not use them from +4->+5 but they DO use them from +5->+6 and anything higher

u dont NEED them for +6 or higher.. iv made like 3 +7s (no lucky stones) 1 +8(no lucky stones)....and even a +10 on a level 27 head.. no luck stones.. for me.. luck stones=bad luck

EDIT:.. i never use prem/premplus..

+4 to +5 with a luck stone, I think its a waste but thats my opinion.

Never use luck stones. Have made 5 85+7 weapons.

I have also destroyed many many weapons.

i failed 4>5 6 times on my spear, 4 times had lucky. i guess they give you the more secure feeling when hitting fuse though

Well myself i made 1 +10 and 2+9's without any luck stones so i don't ever use them not even above +7 i Personaly don't believe in em at all

but on the other hand my GM uses Luck stones above +4 everytime ... and he makes +7's like hes some godamnn +7 factory lol

how do you guys make it so easy to get +5 ive used 160 elexirs on a shield and no +5 and 75 elexirs on a sword and no +5

well the trick is to know when not to do alchamy and when to do alchamy ... i have my little beliefs most of em are prolly BS xD but some of em have to be right cuz i make such high + items

but for +5 i would say if it fails on +3 or lower more then 2-3 times Stop doing alchamy then its simply not the time for it when you get it to +3 everytime easy then keep pushing and it will go +5

I agree with dutchy. At first my theory was that some weapons have their own "luck", but now I think its also about timing. Sometimes you'll have an item fail +2 and 3 over and over, try again the next day and have it go straight to 4 2-3 times then +5. So I believe it has to do with the item and timing.

But then the same time that item is failing over and over, I can switch to something different and have it go to +5. So maybe every item has a certain time of day when its "luck" increases.

Yea I also agree because maybe it's just not your day, sometimes when you feel like doing alchemy you should just go for it, however I have yet to get to +5 without a luck stone, I am doing this type of alchemy right now at lvl 59, as a nuker , so It's hard to get a luck stone, so I have to go without it.

Could be time of day however i just made my GM's Ring +7 First try straight from 0 to +7 and he kept failing it on +2 the whole time just minuts b4 idk Alchamy is a STRANGE thing

I use lucky stones when going for +7....I make my own stones...paying 7-9mil for a stone is no something I like to do

Damn, your guys' lucky stones are cheap. Cheapest I've seen in months on Hera is 14.5m.

So people in general would not use a luck stone from going from +4 to +5 because buying the luck stone wouldn't be worth it?

Nah, using luck stone from +4 - +5 is sort of a waste since +5 is pretty easy to make. I use luck stones only from +5 - +6 and +6 - +7, and then Immortal/Steady from +7 - +8 and up.
