Let's say... I join the academy at level 38, will I still get EXP upon graduating?

Yes. In fact you have two bonusses if you join an academy, there is the buff of around 40% when you graduate. There is a second buff that you receive when your accumulated buff runs (the red one), you get 10% more per kill.

As the others answered, i thought i would just add that the guardian gains no honor points though, only another graduate.

Im very sure its 45%, i have graduated 4 times from different acads too (and right after i lvled), dunno why it would be different for me =P

Lempi and Phix are right about experience. You get 2000000 experience, no matter what. If you graduate at level 40 or at 80, you get the same amount, just the percentage will be different.

You need 4387323 experience for level 41, so that results in 2000000 / 4387323 = 0,45585, which equals to 45,585%. It does NOT depend on your gap.

To answer any possible questions (in case you join at level 38):

• the guardian will not get any honor points
• the guardian's graduate count will increase by 1
• you may have the accumulated / cumulated buffs just if you're and apprentice (1-40) or if you're a guardian (leader of own academy)

dont graduate & just become a senior noob in academy to leech off honor points ^^ until u can make ur own academy at lvl 60, lol

I <3 the banned command on academy....and its 50%!! after graduating..idk why would be 45% for others.,,
