He wasnt saying that was his lol. He was comparing the damage with the one from nivlam, and the other one to prove it was photoshoped.

The +14 on the game, and that on Nivlam do not add up (As seen above) as well as, you look at the colours under the numbers, it varies from that where the writing hasn't been edited. It is hard to explain.

Nivlam shows that if the spear really was +14, it would have the stats peex posted. But it doesn't = It's Fake.
