Can rev6 be trusted?

rev6 said that Uru spawned like 80 mins ago on Saturn and hasn't been killed yet. Can this be trusted or did they probably just miss it?

lol I doubt he's spawned 
Same happened on Sparta yesterday it said Yarkan had spawned 5 mins ago and 3 minutes after checking he spawned. So yeah... Rev6 isn't always accurate.

In short, No. Rev6 cannot be trusted.
I wonder what happened to the 1-5th revolution? :P

Mostly when is it that much time unique is killed and rev6 didnt record it, but sometimes unique is lured. But anyway no chance to try kill.

I never trust rev6 when it comes to unique spawntimes.
I do trust this site for the spawns tho:

They dont keep track on the uniques on all servers anymore since its updated by players themselves, but on athens they always have the correct times but thats also cus there was a big Teutonen guild on athens.
They also have spawn maps if you click on the uniques name.

it bugs sometimes.
if you don't trusted don't use it..but i'm pretty sure that u will end up "camping" hrs since you won't have any idea since there last spawn. i'm sure that rev6 will be more reliable then asking some1 else how long its been since last spawn.
