C9 Error

Anyone else getting the C9 error? I had huge lags, [10 - 20second lags] so I restarted, and now I can't get back on due to C9 
what is going on,,,

Been having Huge lags for around 1 hour on troy, Dc ed a few times aswell, aint even gonna bother logging back on

I logged on and the lags are horrible I had like 20 second lags

wow my housemates going to be pissed just disconnected his network cable cause thought his downloads where doing me in....

Was I asking for a "refund"? NO. Anywayz, I meant I have 3hours until my premium finishes, I have used all the GT time on it already.

No idea about the lag cause i wasn't able to login last 5 hours...
No start button...
When i get it, C9....or i don;t see the servers on the list....
Any ideas why is this going on....
I hope it will be fixed by tomorrow .... :s
