Where can I find the e-mail service, i keep looking for it, but I only find bug repport, i doubt it's that
help plz^^, so i can help you
P.S.: if you have i any questions to JM, leave them, i'll ask them for you

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
We have started E-mail service from today.
To prevent spam message and give our users answer as fast as we can E-mail Service will start as premium service to premium users only.
When E-mail service stabilized and established, we are planning to provide this service to all users of Silkroad Online.
Our E-mail service could be delayed or answers could be not satisfied due to the first time opening E-mail service.
However, we will try our best to improve this E-mail service.

On silkroadonline page ..
Log in .. then click SUPPORT --> CONTACT SUPPORT.
In the new page .. just navigate around ...

Ok I found the Contact Support page, but whenever I click "Type Content" it brings me to the Bug Report page.

You don't need a premium anymore to use Email support
And you can't miss it..... -_-*
