E-mail Service Started

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
We have started E-mail service from today.
To prevent spam message and give our users answer as fast as we can E-mail Service will start as premium service to premium users only.
When E-mail service stabilized and established, we are planning to provide this service to all users of Silkroad Online.
Our E-mail service could be delayed or answers could be not satisfied due to the first time opening E-mail service.
However, we will try our best to improve this E-mail service.

I think no.
Because the ammount of spam they get JUST FROM BUG REPORT is far beyond what they can handle. Now an email service? dumbasses.

Which is why you need premium. You spam, you're banned.

Well, It would be quite good. Just the ammount of spam they would get it would take around 2 weeks for them to reply back.

Would you rather as a company have:
A: People who don't support the game bitching at you, ( Hundreds of Thousands )
B: People who occasionally buy silk for a pet or so who bitch about everything,
C: The actual prem users who every month dish out money to play. ( Smallest group )
I know as a company who I would pick : )

if im paying for a game, i deserve support, this has been the arguement for as long as i can remember. the games free2play, i support it, SUPPORT ME.

It doesn't.
It just makes it so people think that buying silk will get their questions and problems fixed. Not what they are probably doing is getting the non silk buyers to buy some silk. Since some of them can buy silk but choose not to unless customer service is improved.
In reality though this will fix problems but not the kind to get hopes up. Just like the picture above, stuff like glitches.

When talked to koreans in ksro and they told that even they get 0 game support.
At that point give up on any hope that isro will get any support at all.
Well maybe they make this premium support to help stuck premium users unstuck
so they keep buying silk

Or sell gold/sun for silk users

Come on people, email support. A good step. The only problem is people dont trust Joymax, dont really care for them since all this time they have been hiding in a whole. Now that they are coming out of it, its best they fix this up little by little.

I have a glitched SUMMONED bear in my storage been like that since Legend 2...
Can't wait to get it unglitched!

No, You must have SILK remaining on your account to use the service... I found that out the hard way.

Both ... basically they answered my mail with a human .. not an uatomated response. Said they would forward it to the dev. team ;o

god some of your people never happy always got something to say always
there always some "negatived" person the have to say something bad about it
this is good for people that pay for this game and thas it. you don't pay you don't get fast answer now bye noob. is like real life, if you got a customer who always buy from you
you will always want to make him happy and thas what they doing they dont care about you free players ok they dont care for cheap people.
