Simple questions

I am a new player and I want to ask:
1.I see iSRO, kSRO, jSRO, what SRO is america?
2A. I hear 80 cap 90 cap and 100 cap. What cap is american version of SRO?
2B. When I compare the skills of my character to a SP and Skill calculator on the stickies, I notice they were different. Can you link a calculator for the level cap mentioned in Question 2A?
3.For an average gamer, but new to SRO, Chinese or European?

There's no american sro, the one available for us is iSro.
iSro is currently at the 90 cap
nivlam.com has everything you need
European for party play (playing with friends)
Chinese for solo play

you can solo with euro chars too, just sometimes it is harder to do
try one and see if you like it
each race has its advantages, and disadvantages

Euro is stronger and much better attack if u make the right stat points
warrior,rogue: str
all other : full int
and chinese is low attack but good defence
