Oh.. Umm a guildmate gave me his +4 Garm Boots to fail with first. But on the bow I went 1-7 / waited a month / +8 then +9 after a couple of hours.
Everyone thank you for the appreciation.. its the first +9 I have ever made so i was uber excited lol
