Ok so guys idk what happened but my friend let me on a account and i logged on it...played for about 20 min and so i give the guild he owned to a noob char and kicked myslef from the guild...then i try to log back onto the char my friend let me use and it says the pass is wrong...so idk if the char got glitched or what ...but noone could have changed it and i dont know what to do...or how to contact joymax about it...any suggestions? My friend has no idea either and we are both puzzled...noone knows the email and stuff so how could it have changed...and noone has logged on the char cause i have been trying to pm it and its not online..so obviously noone hacked it...but idk

well only thing i can think of is it was hacked

mabye the hacker cant connect to the servers

ok so...i found out that noone knows the pw and id or watever except for like me my friend and 2 other people...the 2 other people dont even get on/play anymore...and do you guys think its a possiblity the system could have glitched and changed the password or something...or somethings glitched where it wont accept the pw? because i find it strange that i just logged on the char...logg off enter the password and id in like 15 seconds...and it doesnt work anymore...i mean comon...thats just freaky...

Restart your computer, check your spelling and make sure the num lock is on and caps lock is off.

well even my friend tried...and he couldnt get on it

Its probably something really simple dude, and because you're freaking out, you doing something wrong.

Double check everything.

Right ID?
Right Pass?
Right Server?
Did you recently change your password?
Can you change your password from joymax.com

ect... It's probably nothing.

yea i have typed in the same password and its the correct one a million times....(btw it doesnt matter which server it is...if its the right password it will log on any server

First off its not my account...it was an old friends who gave it to my friend that still plays and hes letting me use it...but the only thing im worried about is because the char has my +7 s/s and full set

I do not believe that his friend scammed him. I believe that the servers glitched and changed his PW. ;] (NOT)

But this is a likely story to explain to MorningDew. Give her a ring and try to convince her to change your PW for ya =D

Well i don't believe that you were hacked. I had a problem like this before.

Try restarting your computer, because once i exited silkroad, and when i restarted it would not let me in, and i asked my friends on xfire if i was logged on and i was. Just restart and it should go back to normal.

If not then you got hacked...meh.

If you really possess all the account information just check it out on the official home page. Check the email address, resend a new password through the account verification system on the email the account was created ...
Servers were down today, perhaps you tried at a wrong moment? I got the C10 error for a while, my guild mates too.

You tried to login to joymax with that char? Not that it's sure it will help, i'm just suggesting what i would do if i were u...
