Can't Install New Client

Says that it's only available after Legend 3+ update or some shit like that
Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
Some of our users have problems with installing our client and get the message
"the new client can only be installed after the legend III plus update"
due to too players who are installing the client.
We recommand our users try installing the client few minutes later.
