I got a lil` quiestion about PayPal ... Is it possible to have a PayPay, without a credit card, or bank account? Cuz I can have a bank account at 16 y.o (I got 2-3 weeks until 16th BD, but still) and receive money, and pay things like silk?

Paypal has to be linked to a form of payment to make purchases, you can get a paypal account without providing banking or credit card information but you wouldn't be able to buy anything so it would be useless.

I`m from Israel... And lets say my friend will give me some money on Pay Pal... I still wont be able to pay silk with it?

Got the same error today and yesterday. Been trying to pay for silk but I can't.

they had maintenance after few errors i loged in and i got to fill some fields. after that i still have this error maybe we need to wait few days

While we're at it, is it possible to change E-Mail of the paypal account my SRO account is linked to? Is my paypal account linked to my SRO account in any way?
