wow that was scary.

I was in sam on my friends char. he has a d1 sun staff that he shows off as a collectors item. A person who spoke reasonable english asked to see it in trade. I accepted and they offered my 1 m for it. I said no so they kept pushing up the price, eventualy getting to 20m. By now i was slightly suspicios but confirmed the trade. she did to and accepted but at the same time asked to make friends with me. I agreed to make friends but whilst i did this she changed the 20m to 20k. I was literaly 1 seccond from accepting before I noticed.

This is the first time ive ever been scammed, It was quite scary! But through the help of reading other srf-ers posts, i was able to avoid it.

Any of you had similar experiences?

LOL i did something like that to someone. i put in 100k for an elixer and quickly changed it to 10k without them noticing. Ofcourse i just wanted to see if i could get away with it, so i gave the elixer back anyway lol. Also yea, 20mil is pretty low for lvl 1 sun. Dont sell for less then 50mil if u end up trying to sell it.

Seen a lv 1+7 sun glaive sell for a 100mil, sun 2h(think this was 50mil or close to it) , and a sos+7 cleric rod for 50mil.

20mil is very low indeed.

And no I never fell for that trick. I'd notice the color change in gold.

even if you would have gotten 20 mil...that imo is a scammed too...you could get around 70-100mil for it.
