when i have enough grauates to get the honor buffs do they come active auto or do i need to activate them or something?

No, you dont need to activate them, they are applied automatically when you reach enough honor points.

Well, they will not completely auto activated when u reach enough points.
They will be activated when honor rank is updated ( every 2 hours or something like that). So if u got enough points, u´ll have to wait a little bit for the buffs to get activated.

I think its not evry 2 hours, I think each day in 00:00

afaik from my honor rank time, it´s more often than just 1 time each day, but i may be wrong.

well to get the honer points i need to help ppl from lvl 1-40 then they graduate...so i can get all buffs thru that or do i need ppl from 40-60 too if i want the buffs?

u dont get any honor points for bringing chars from 40-60

i am pretty sure they get part of ur honor point people from 40-60

They gain 1 honor point for each of ur new graduates.

i don't even know what honor buff are like what they increase or how many point u need to get certain ones lol not 60 yet

they gain 10% of what the master receives

so is the max honor points you can get for 1 graduate 40 points?

isnt it 39 honor points for graduating from 1 to 40?
sinces its already lvl 1 and just needs 39 level ups

lets say someone doesn't graduate at 40 and keeps lvling up would you still get honor points for those lvl ups?

And your honor buffs appear when the SRO Time resets at 00:00.. All your academy questions and be answer with this..
