I got this PM today, I found it hilarious. What's the worst scam you've been approached with?

Not funny -_- I borrowed my old SUN Spear to a friend, someone made my exact name just with the L as i and pretended to be me and took it off them. I'm still yet to be scammed but I suffered the loss on that one.

Scammer guy: "Hello, I am a GM, and we have a typical search of duped items (and such). Give me your password so I can continue my search."
Me: "No, bye"
Scammer guy: "Then I will have to ban you for 7 days"

Or similar..

There are many attempts.. All are just.. stupid.

Ever since lvl 5x I was a called a scammer by a couple of players cuz...before me there was some1 using the name "Ragnorak">>>>thats actually the name I first wanted but it was in use...so I chose _Ragnorak_ ..and some players thought that I was hacker though the name are similar not the same cuz of "_" also to my surprise some1 in the server also had a similar name "Ragnorack" sun weapon/gear some say scam sun...but some retards still couldn't tell the diff. b/w the name my name is "clean" now

I couldn't believe one person who I thought I could call a "friend" actually wanted to "test" the stall trick when he saw I had a sos 2h once.

Most people just don't know it takes alot to earn my trust.

That's a retarded thing to say, he doesn't deserve to get scammed for having a a certain name, it's joymax's fault for making the letters look so similar, it's the scammers fault for doing it, and it's the fault of the one who traded without checking(not so much his "fault"), shouldn't blame ppl for there being assholes out there that do that shit.

That's basically saying it's your fault for having a name that has an L, I, V, W, and probably some others.

about a week or so after the summer event i had this conversation

GM_mail (or something like this) hi you won the summer event
Gm_mail to give you your som we need your id and password so we can add item to your inventory
GM_mail (after chating for a few minutes) now you wont get prize and you will be banned for 7 days

this is the short version but it was fun stringing him along

A while back, the guy asked if my friend wanted to make his 52 som blade sosun he just had to join his auto share pt run way over here and drop it at some random place then pick it up. xP

some turk said he got scammed because he got a sun "glawie" and did that one dragon skill where u throw ur glavie at the enemy and he said it "newer" came back. lol
