Glitch in Town?

This is in rome in Samarakand east gate

And this is what i found in Hotan

The first one is that, thiefs can go into town, If they log in/log out, in town with just them, and then No idea what the second one is...

Yeah but the first one is a glitch.

The way i read is that the glitch is involving logging in and out of the game.
The exact details i do not think i should share for a chance at a
forum ban, which i do not desire. I just have so many questions that i can't
ask yet till i get more post or something, new topic is not allowed on first post maybe...

You don't login/logout.

Just when you are ABOUT to run into town spawn ur ox/horse and it will fail a lot of times, but the time u have it good you can walk into town with a trade animal while ur thief.

No logging in and out required at all..
