i just read in global that someone found his second sun weapon and some ppl in the forum found 2 in thread of show ur sox drops,
the idea is how they found that in pt 4/4 or 8/8
or just pure luck ,
i really laughed bc there is one blader/glavier in my server had a B/S +7 and glavie +9 found a sun spear
(dont flame bc all i found is arrows and boltz like u)

The more you grind, the more likely you are to get lucky.

what do you mean by buying? the people in full sosun bought most of it but they probably found at least 1 piece with luck..

I've heard that 8/8 parties have a higher drop rate for everything but never tested it.

But i think that is pure luck.

It is 100 percent pure luck.
I had a charicter that I was grinding on and it found 2 sos within 1 minute, littereally. Now granted he was only lvl 9 or so, that’s still amazing. And recently on a xbow rogue I started grinding, (cause I get sick of sitting on a hill farming my lock.) I got a lvl 1 SoSun Shoulder LA (woohoo -.-) withing a half an hour. its nice though cause im using it cause its better than my npc shoulder piece .

it's pure luck.
but you can make that "luck" bigger when you massive grind.

actualy they just either bought the parts with real money, or bought the gold to buy the parts with real money, havent met the full sun full legit player yet

Hopefully I can "find" my 7th sun this week.

like i was grinding in donwhang and then
someone comes to my spot and kills 1 horse and gets an sox

It's luck, but if you rarely grind, you don't have much of a change on a sun item.

Buying is just dumb. Sad if you spend real money on an ingame weapon if you can acquire it by buying it with in game money.

Well, my chinese from back in the day was 80.

I got 2 sos drops, one lv8 garment wrist, and a male prot 27chest.

My main is 90.

Nothing.

still no sun item drop for me.

and h3ll no, i wont resort to buying gold just to have full sun items. its like using Diablo II editor. and really, it feels so nice to have a fully pimped gear, have 20M (poor lol) in storage, lots of elixirs, luck stones, even though you start this game with 0 gold and couple of level 1 items.

I was in a 4/4 party and got sun 2hand from 85-87 mobs 2 months after cap raised.

I'd say it's luck, I grinded without share parties upto 75, and only found like 3 or 4 normal sos items, only one of which was 8th degree.

The more you grind the more chance you have of course, though you oculd go out and kill1 mob and get a sun, chance are low of course lol.

My Guild leader on Saturn BabyG0tBack he found 3 sun weapons lol =]
