HELP

hi i am going to statr SRO again. but when i try download it i come to JOYMAX webside and it says login, and when i do that i cant log in and it says that i must do a new account... and then i cant use my e-mail thats on other char, WHY????? do i loose my chars and my acc and must do a new??
Plz help me out, thanks!

i got one but if i do that, i must do a new acc and lost my chars, and i dont want that!

use your other email. you won't lose your account / characters.
