I heard some people say that the % on flame wave wide changes to 330% but I don't think any other skill in game changes % when it lvls up, can someone confirm this?

flame wave wide
goes from 300% -> 315% (lvl 70) -> 330% (lvl 80)

I think Flame Wave Burning / Hellfire goes from 300% to 315% too.

flame wave burning is always 300% and hellfire starts at 315%

even with those stats if flame wave wide was 330% it would be much stronger also you forgot flame wave hellfire which is also a little bit stronger than crane's thunderbolt

They make it 330% to catch up the light dmg

At lvl 140, light nuke is stronger than fire by:
(1.28*300)/330=1.16363636 ~ +16%

But that's just the last nuke. Fire will always have dmg/s higher than light because fire has 3 nukes while light has only 1 strong nuke but the others nukes or lion shout are seperated by 9 level lower.

Pure nuker has 2 choices:
- 140 light, 140 ice, 20 for useless thing i don't know
- 140 fire, 80 ice, 80 light is a good choice with decent defense and mag buff

With the 2nd choice, fire nuke will be stronger than light by:
(1.17*330)/(1.28*300)=1.00546875 ~ 0.5%
