Question about the whole weapon switch thing...

First topic... I´m kinda excited lulz.^^
Morning,
I´ve got a question about the weapon switch thing:
When I watch some Warrior/Cleric(example) movies I often see they are using skills in their sidebar(?). But they use it without clicking on it, I mean that the description of the skill/weapons doesn´t appear.
I´m asking this because I have some plans, you know...
