So I was going to buy a pet, but I guess you cant use paypal or google checkout =(?

Yeah the options there for me, maybe you bought the maximum allowed through Paypal or a payment failed due to a page not loading properly? That can stop Paypal showing until next day.

I actually made the account last night at like 10:00pm
I mean the silkroad account, maybe have to wait 24 hours?
hmmm... It works on my account from rome.
So maybe i have to wait 24 hours, I'll try tomorrow.

Ahh that's why. You must have a character of level 20 or over now to make a payment.
