i logged out for few mins logged back in and all my characters is gone! yes same server as always..
please help!

It's just lag, wait few seconds and they will appear.

relog and if that dont work turn power off to modem/router/comp for 5 mins and turn them on and try again

ur chars cant be deleted in under 7 days unless jm did it and they dont do that they just ban

Problems with ur ISP maybe? i had same problem months ago not only in SRO but in WoW too... I was connected but i could not open any web pages or msn... only working programs that require internet was SRO, WoW and AVG... i called my ISP's info call center and they say they have some problems with servers... so just calm down and wait...

did any1 remember after they update the cap to 80 that any people log in their account but their characters weren't there? i was so heartbroken. i thought it was only just me. but joymax made an emergency inspect and fix it. i thought i lost my char i work so hard for. lol good old days
