its joymax's own bug, why ban them for that?

In that case, we should ban all the people who exploit any bug, no matter how small!

Bots stuck @ dock > than bots returning to town. Why would you kill them all if they are stuck there? Youd rather send them all to town and lag everyone else worse. I suppose you may possibly get a drop or something. But that seems just a touch selfish.

how would they make any profits if they ban them...

Bot Ban = Less silkbuyer + now Economic Crisis even Lesser profit. If i'm the CEO of joymax I arent banning shit. Except maybe some gold bot when some people whine.

I just figured JM changed the co-ordinates of the air dock npc slightly and the bots are all broken.

Also i figured if you could drop mobs there to kill them all they would die and go to town but then return there to die again.

Nah, it just looks like they got stuck there. At first I thought it was someone doing the horse spawn bug...my bad.

It is because Joymax changed the npcID for that particular npc on that update. Co-ordinates don't matter as long as the player is within a 5 radius of the npc. Every bot in the above screen shot is injecting the object select packet with wrong npcID. Such things say a lot about which "side" they are leaning on...

Why can't Jm just come along and ban them all lol

According the current tos, even fraps is illegal, so even jm brakes the rules ....

Fraps is not illegal since it doesn't interact with sro. What it does is simply capture information from the output video device. It doesn't modify any bit of sro nor sending commands to the client.
