how long will we wait till we can become the strongest in our server just by hitting the cap. there is gonna be somone who is always stronger then you but u can only be normal by hitting cap when your on a server like babel and the 100 cap comes out, any1 to hit the 100 cap would be the best in that server whatever gear, until the next 1 comes along and they would probably respect each other for getting to such a lvl of legitness
