im to lazy to look it up and anyway im bored so tell me what you can get in privileges at lvl 3 guild

Grantname I think u get at lvl 3.

k thnks guild needs 5% to lvl and 6 mil gold only got 6 members >.>

No. Dont post advice if you'think' you are right.

Level 3 all you get is an extra storage page. You used to get Mercenaries at level 3, but they have been removed.

Guild emblem and Grant names are at level 4, Union emblem (if you are union leader) at level 5. At level 4 and 5 you get an extra storage page too. 4 pages in total.

EDIT:

Price to lvl 3 is 9m, not 6m. Level 4 is 15m and level 5 is 21m.

And this is coming from a guild leader and union leader on ECSRO and ISRO, so i know what im talking about

and doesnt it cost 12/15 mil to get lvl 4?

And yeah, the guild system in SRO is pretty bad.

i only need 6 mil to lvl my guild i already donated 3 mil and my members said they would donate a bit too

What do you mean by that? You saved 3m already towards it?

If you mean what i think you do, the 3m you paid was to level it from level 1 to level 2. You still need to pay the full 9m for level 3.
