I noticed that long time ago and was remembered by a friend as he told me that he saw an 8th dg shoulder with NPC stats, but 100% parry ratio.

Note that this is just for Shoulders and just for 8th dg! Race, Gender and Armor Type doesn´t matter.

Anyone knows something about this? a bug or wanted?

Yeah, you will also find this on 8th degre garment and shit.

1st Degree earrings have +100% on mag and phys absorption.

yes i have seen that before when i went to the npc and saw 100% i was lke wtf i think it was an 8D robe and also when i started a char i got earrings and had 100% absorption and str3 and int3

Hmm I started character and got 1deg ring phy and mag 100%

Yeah, on cSRO you got a lvl 1 sos weapon when you started, same when you hit lvl 8 and lvl 16.

Yeah I got that ring with 100% stats, which was lame because I had gotten a ring like that as a drop and I thought it was like some unique crazy stuff. Turns out they all are dropping like that for level 1 drops.
