ok so


my friend had a problem with his checking account, so he changed it which of course made him have a new debit card, so since his old debit card became invalid, silk that had been purchased was counted as a charge back.

both of our silkroad accounts arent banned, im on mine right now. but we both cannot log into the silkroad website.

so my questions are

does anyone know if its just a temp thing?
and does anyone know how to fix this problem


we do have the joymax nummber, which we are gonna call in a week if we still cant log into the site. it will really suck if i can never buy silk for my char again.

so if anyone can help that would be awesome.

im not 100% sure but u could call ur card company and tell them to unblock that charge and it should work then e-mail jm (might not do much good) and tell them about the problem

take all your shit off your account and transfer it to a lvl 1 just in case.

Lol as soon as you log of you will be banned and can't even log in to the game ....
Since old card is void, most likley you won't be able to pay jm back ...

1 , this inst funny dick. 2 no im not banned ,atleast not yet, cuz ive been able to get on ever since and its been about a week. and both of our accounts made it thru the server inspections.

and the chargeback was only 50 silk. but we wil just try and figure it out i guess.

It's not what is happening that is funny.
That you don't know what happens at chargeback that is funny. (registered 2007 nov...)
By the way accounts usually blocked right away after chargeback.
So who knows. Doesn't sound like the usual chargeback.
