BORING....
If the wiz would have used strongest nuke to start with, it would be 1 shot too...
And he uses the 'slumberbug' to completely debuff, pffffff
I'm far from impressed
did I mention it was boring? don't remember
BORING

apparently u never used a wizard b4.. the "strongest nuke" ur talking about namely "meteor" has a very long casting time. he wouldnt even get the chance to use it. and it will not 1 shot if he has life control off (and if he has it on from the start he's dead meat).
its not about the bug or anything.. the switching is just too good. its VERY hard to switch from a 2handed weapon to a 1handed weapon and a shield if u've tried it b4, usually ony the weapon or the shield gets on while the other 1 doesnt switch. also remember he has NO health, and NO defence of any kind. so his switches have to be superiorly fast for him to survive, unlike warrior/lock or rogue/lock who are full STR and can afford 2-3 hits and still live

KB, Meteor, Salamander. If u already have the range, like the person in this video did. This will kill all ints, and most str, or make them usless if they have snow. With or with out Life Control. A cleric sub would be more useful. Wizard/Cleric, or Warlock/Cleric assumuing u have the sp.

i'm a warrior, the above mentioned combo never even gets close to killing me in mana skin..
u really die anyway weather or not u have a cleric sub, so its useless to try and boost ur defence imho

the axe warrior he pvped eaither really sucked or is just dumb im gussing hes a sub cleric so holy word+axe passive is near impossible to debuff in the little ammount of time the wizz had so eaither he is unnfarmed or the wiz asked him to not use his cleric buffs
and u talked about the wepp switching i dont remember him switching from staff to warlock rod/shield maybe i dont remember but the wepp switching is really good nonetheless

Nothing special about it really, uses the same combo on the skills on all enemies. But the weapon switch is pretty impressive :>

ahmedsabry, it's not hard to switch weapons. If you have your weapons on the extra skill bar and on spots 1-4 lets say. You can just hold down space bar and switch by hitting 1-4.

also using "charged squall" as an artificial ranged "shield crush" was very innovative..
all other videos of wiz/locks used to start off with the rod+shield and try to vampire touch then stun, which obviously isnt safe at all because the vampire touch doesn't stop the opponent from attacking, whereas any critical hit can get you killed. Ofcourse you can just cast stun without having disease first, but that's way too risky.. u simply cant afford to take the chance of receiving any damage.
just look at all vapore's videos.. used "shield crush" b4 any other attack to keep opponents at distance, giving him enough time/space to disease-> stun-> debuff without being interrupted.
Actually warlock/clerics started getting 10 warriors masteries JUST for the shield trash. meanwhile, that guy very effectively replaced it with "charged squall" to have the same effect in a ranged attack. that way he can cast "vampire touch" and the stun with ZERO risk of being attacked, critted, stunned ..etc. The only downside for this srtategy is that the double switch into both rod+Shield is very hard and liable to laggs, but look at him.. simply brilliant
P.S: the physical defence debuff was probably a misclick.. never did any?

As i said... will kill MOST strs.
And im sure u know that a wizard has the same defences with warlock or cleric as a sub, it was the healing that i was implying, as the 2 def buff's go when u switch back to staff, and bless is better then nothing, but only lasts 45sec. Personally i hate wizard pvp's.
Just my 2 cents

+1main reason to sub warlock instead of cleric is that wizard pvp really sux. the healing IS great, but ur hp is just way too low to make much use of it. so what u basically want is not to take damage in the first place..
and just to add, warlock's "advanced reflect" stays on when u switch weapons.

Now Warlock/Cleric Pvp's are awesome, if ur the warlock/cleric

Wizard/Warlock pvp are just to short.

its just that warlock/clerics arent that good at killing uniques. i always hated the idea of being a full int and not be able to kill a single unique in your life time!

the axe warrior he pvped was a warrior/rogue.. looked him up in rev6, and he was holding a "76 Scorpio Storm Spiral"

I've seen better people play this build. The person doesn't even take advantage of teleport to gain some distance, and It's kinda lame seeing trap lock combo being overused for every warlock wiz video.
But it's better playing than w/e that person with 60k+ views had. And better than that person in Uranus server. 3/5

funny ppl said that about warrior/rogue when it was first used, funny this build happens to make wizards a threat in 1v1, funny it happens to be the build with the very best damage in the game, and funny it happens to be a very fast and versatile build compared to other wizard builds that mostly just nuke..
i guess u meant that you "fail" to see any of this.

using tp would be smart, but if the opponents are already far from u after the kb u wouldnt really need it.
oh, and plz post links of other ppl playing this build in a different/better way if u have them.. he's the best i've seen with this build so far
