ok i have 1month farming and i got baned? why the fck? and i bougth silks and im not the only one <.< o saw a guy lv 87 with prem and sh!ts lika that and got banned too ´-.-"

stop botting i guess and you will not get banned..

Bot punishment depends on users' action related to illegal programs.

Purchasing Silk will not prevent user from bot punishment. And nothing can justify illegal programs.

Therefore, we are reminding our users to understand regarding to this bot punishment, and avoid illegal programs.

My guildmaster got banned last inspection, but I don't think he cares too much.. he used SM and has 5 or so other 90s to fall back on.

the thing is how a farmer with masterys lv 10 can bot? 0o i bougth silks 45 days ago and now they fck me? pff 300 sp banned xD i use e-ping for charge silks. im not the only who got banned. there a guy in gaia who is in the honor rank and got banned too. with silks and sh1ts from gaymax

it's so darn confusing ... legits claiming they get banned ... so what is what, which is what, which is which ?

You only get banned if you use a clientless bot AND/OR have bought silk via a non-chargebackable- payment method. All the high lvl's that got banned used something like pre-paid creditcard (no charbeback possible so Joymax is safe) or where stupid enough to use their main/high lvl on a clientless bot.

Paypal to buy silk
Softmod/iSRObot/tBot (NOT the cracked ones but the "original" ones)
Chance of getting banned: 0,000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001%

Most of u optimist wont believe this but im quite certain it works this way. If they would really really ban all the high lvl silk buying botters, 85% of all the servers (except maybe Venus ) will be completely empty and Joymax might just aswell close iSRO coz they wont make anymore money at all. (dispite everyone thinking "oe legits will buy more silk with no bots"... 1000 bots buying silk vs 100 legits buying silk... hmmm what a hard choise to make...)

Yep, that was my idea exactly. I have a friend with 3 banned chard (no-dc) who bought silk with paypal without verifying the card. So he can't charge back...

Perhaps he was just banned for using the no DC, nothing to do with the kind of payment method. No DC isn't normally tolerated by JM and I guess it's rather easy to trace it for them.

Yes, it was because of no-dc, but the point is he couldn't charge back the money because he didn't verified his card. My thoughts only ofcourse...
