There is no yellow shýt around the Flame-Wave HellFire skill. You are using that skill in this pic. The delay of the Flame-Wave HellFire skill is 7 I think. So it stops being yellow at 4.

i never did, just bringing the deleted pic back. If i remember correctly the lack of yellow boxes is not enough proof anymore.

It's obvious he is a botter... But he never admitted. Technically he is unbannable still, correct? last i read these forums (Which isnt very often), yellow boxes weren't proof.
