Greetings all,

First, the situation: I've been trying to charge for or buy silk via paypal for the last 4-5 days. I've been getting this message every time:

"Your current transaction did not complete and be reassured that it was
not processed.
Please retry your transaction again."


I had to wait 24 hours again after it "failed" to attempt another day of buying silk. I've done this on Mozilla and Internet Explorer 7.0, and thought maybe it was browser incompatibility issues. I then attempted this same method on our (wife's and I) other computers, in fact I have four of them (2laptops/2desktops). Same issue applies. I'm hoping it's not a regional thing since I've moved here to Japan recently. Anyways, I ask if you guys maybe have any solutions to this problem or maybe confirm that you are having the same problem? I already sent a bug report to Joymax, but doubt anything will be done. I'm quite frustrated at the moment. *Sigh.. Anyways, thanks for replies in advance. Peace.

EDIT: I have charged via paypal successfully before the Halloween and website merging, AND I was living in Japan upon buying silk successfully.

No I ment if you live in japan your IP should be banned from ISRO and you should be only allowed to play JSRO

Ah ok, well I apologize for the misinterpretation. Well, I've been playing ISRO since I got here though (since last June '08). In fact, I'm in game right now, but I only have 4 days of premium, which is why I need silk. It wouldn't make sense to me that they would recently put a regional block on paypal or charging silk, but NOT on playing ISRO.
