you can't get it back.

had the same problem. after some research I found out the only way to get your account unbanned is to get the original transaction reversed. since that is almost impossible because of gay paypal, you're account is gone.

Look how I see this problem: I think that this problem can be resolved if I give 10$ to paypal, and paypal gives the money to joymax and ask them to unban my char. If the problem is so simple, why does paypal people told me there is nothing they can do and that they can`t resolve it?

And, until now, they answered at 4 of my emails sent to them, and in all of them they said they can`t do anything. You think that if I call them tey would answer anything else? if there is any chance for me to be helped if I call them, I will do it. But my question is, do I realy have to call them, or the answer will be the same as in emails? Please answer at my question and don`t forget to answer the other question, witch is upper

You should contact Paypal by phone. Give paypal a call, pay them the chargeback amount and ask them to reverse that transaction by paying joymax. Paypal also needs to send Joymax an email telling them that transaction was clear. Hope this helps....

Call Paypal ask for the faild transaction, then send the money with subject = transactions code again and then write email to pay2@silkroadonline.net or pay5@silkroadonline.net

Then they check it and if they have the money they unblock the account.

I called paypal to clear up a chargeback issue and the girl on the phone was very helpful and polite. I think thats the way to go. Ask them how you can reverse the chargeback transaction or how you can send $10 to them directly to clear up the chargeback. I think theyll help.

I writed an email at pay2@silkroadonline.net 2 days ago, and they didn`t answered. Maybe they will answer in the next 1-2 days? Anyway, man, when you called at paypal for your chargeback issue, how long was the conversation. Because I want in the next days to call to paypal, but I don`t know how long will it take to me to explain them my problem, and then for them to explain me how to send those 10$.

1-Go to your paypal account
2-Click Send money
3-type this email (Pay5@Silkroadonline.net)
4-title your msg with ''Charge Back Replacment)
5-Call joymax +8224208854 and press Number 2 (for English)
6-Tell them you can hold while they check ur paypal email(10 mins later u will be unblocked)

p.s yes i have unblocked my accounts this way and few friends as well (try to call them using skype since its cheaper)

Wow, from what you said looks so easy, that it looks like a joke:|. Ok bro, so I will go on paypal site, send them the money. But, after I send them the money, will they send an email to joymax in witch they confirm that my payment was done? And if I use skype, what id should I call? Because I would like to call skype if it is posible, because skype is free:|

Ok and I have another problem too. I charged back 10$, so I need to send back 10$ too. But, because my paypal account is still not verified, I have a sending limit of 7,13 euro. And 10$ equals 8 euro, so I can`t send 10$. Now, can a friend of mine send 10$ with his card from his account for me? and then, my silkroad account to be unbaned? Please bro answer to both of my posts, because I realy realy want to have my account unbaned. Thx a lot bro and hope you will answer soon

Hello
yes your friend can send the money but he need to just add abit of informations
1-Your Game Id ONLY! or simply copy the email that u got whenn they blocked u (since it contain date of block)
2-The amount of money u got blocked for

Skype is a a voice 2 voice chatting program u can also make Calls to anywhere (of cos you must have credits) so make an account there and charge 5 usd would be enough to call joymax (korea)
http://www.skype.com

I have a similar problem, only my charge back was done by paypal its self and not me, something that led me to ultimately decide to never use paypal... ever... for any transactions again once I get my account back.

I followed the simple instructions listed above (paying them the chargeback amount through paypal5@silkroadonline.net) and proceeded to call Joymax and let them know to accept the payment. Yeah... that doesn't work.

Ironically I spoke with the Joymax agent who owned the pay5 email and she told me that Joymax absolutely does not accept direct sendmoney payments from paypal, they only accept site transactions.

If your reversal of payment was intentional and completed successfully, your account is gone. The only way they will (officially) unban your account is if you can have paypal send you an email stating that the reversal was not intentional on your part. Once paypal sends you the email have it forwarded to an agent you speak to... then you can probably get it lifted.

From the sound of it, its going to take an intense amount of luck to get the ban lifted in a short amount of time, and that's only if everything goes accordingly. Nothing goes accordingly with Joymax (well, they are quite efficient when it comes to getting paid so who knows...).

All I can say is best of luck to the both of us. From your post it seems like you're taking responsibility for the charge back, if you requested paypal to charge back the account and it wasn't a misunderstanding but intentional, Start over.

Not trying to be mean but that's the reality behind this little situation.

Well, after a ton of effort, having paypal send two emails to both me and Joymax, speaking to several agents on both Joymax and Paypal's end (both of which were pretty useless, but of course Joymax's agents were very unwilling to help), and sending enough emails to Joymax to write an epic novel, here's their final response to my last pleading email:

"[GM]KINOPIO"
Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

We have investigated your account, and discovered a problem with reversal.

A transaction which is related to Invoice ID: XXXX, has been completed as reversal.

If chargeback or reversal has been completed, there is nothing that can be done to resolve it.

We apologize for not being able to provide further assistance regarding this issue.

Thank you.

And that's that.
