2mins and it is 18:00 then server should be up normaly.

4 Hour Inspection, from 13:00 to 18:00
To get the start button, keep shutting and opening Silkroad eventually it will work, atleast that's what it used to do.

0000-1200=12am-12pm
1300-2300=1pm-11pm :p

a simple method for military time is to subtract 1200 from anything 1300 and over.
i.e 14:30.
14:30-12:00 = 2:30
21:50.
21:50-12:00 = 9:50
i.e 14:30.
14:30-12:00 = 2:30
21:50.
21:50-12:00 = 9:50

*sigh ... as always, they failed to deliver on time. i think its best to go get some sleep because i think they will probably take another couple of hours to get it up
